"The room we were assigned had no hot water. We were moved to a new room and had to pack up and move. Granted we had hot water but we’re located right off the front desk and the staff had way too much fun until way too late. The fee $150, was not completely refunded. We received a $75 credit and then a $64 credit - not $150 in my math. Parking for $11 a day? That’s crazy! We’ve stayed at nicer places with free parking. All over we were very underwhelmed at our stay and will not be choosing this hotel again. "

Easy to get everywhere. Apparently the building was the original Citadel, however there was no information on the history of it anywhere in the building and none of the staff (I asked 4 different people who worked the desk) knew anything about it.
