Enjoy being in the heart of Kiama with stunning views of Kiama's main Surf Beach and only minutes walk to the town's shops and restaurants. If you are looking for a fabulous quality apartment on the beach then Blue Waves is the one for you.

7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. To book, select these exact dates:

- Arrive: Tuesday 22 Dec | Depart: Tuesday 29 Dec
- Arrive: Wednesday 30 Dec | Depart: Wednesday 6 Jan
- Arrive: Thursday 7 Jan | Depart: Thursday 14 Jan

For the rest of Summer Season, a 3 night minimum applies.

Where will I be?

Blue Waves is located very centrally in Kiama, within walking distance to great shops and cafes and across the road from Surf Beach.

Why choose Blue Waves?

Blue Waves is a brand new spacious ground floor apartment in a very central location. The apartment is modern and has a large entertaining deck with well equipped BBQ.

How is the property laid out?

Blue Waves has two bedrooms, (one queen and one with twoking singles) and one bathroom with large walk in shower, toilet and vanity. Ideal for either two to four adults or two adults and two children. There is a great kitchen with European Bosch appliances, dishwasher, microwave and nespresso coffee machine with pods. The lounge and dining area are open plan with stunning views of the beach and the famous Kiama rolling hills, large sliding doors open out onto the spacious deck. There is also a small laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Large undercover terrace/deck with table, seating for four and well equipped BBQ.

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

Blue Waves has ducted reverse - cycle air conditioning in the living area and bedrooms, and can also be opened up to take in the ocean breeze.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Blue Waves has secure garage parking underneath the apartment for one car.There is also extra parking on the street.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Good space for small family

Enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Kiama. Really nicely decorated, clean, quiet, comfortable, lots of little conveniences provided like hair dryer, kitchen goods, even a few condiments that were super useful. Good location too.

Insect and mosquito's infested

The outdoor seating has mosquito's living in them. Tried spraying them but they seem to be living in the cushions. We could not sit outside the entire holiday. Insects/ants multiplied as the days went on. The hand towel in bathroom was covered in them by day 3. They are in bedroom and living area.

Amazing home & location

A great place to stay. Handy to the beach, and town. Only one towel supplied for each guest and one tea towel for the week so bring your own if you can. Lovely outdoor space with a huge bbq. Great for outdoor dining. A perfect holiday home.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

The location is really fantastic. It was my first stay in Kiama and really enjoyed being a short stroll to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The street was nice and quite too. The apartment feels really spacious and was fully appointed. I particularly loved the kitchen - I want it. The covered deck area with beach views (not full but good) was wonderful for escaping the heat with a cold drink in the afternoon. Nothing negative to say about the apartment, its fittings or furniture, or location - everything was great. My only desired add-on would have been washing powder for the machine (there was a container but it was empty); but that's really minor.
