No hot water, Luke warm water at best. No soap in room. When I called the front desk for soap they said I would have to wait 20 minutes for staff to deliver it. Valet parking was inconvenient as well.

Parking is expensive.
The apartment 3c1 was tiny and the water pressure is so bad that the water turned cold before I could rinse out my hair (I have longer hair). It was over-all mediocre.
