Lived up to its name-very tranquil. Well decorated interior with an ‘old Key West vibe’ but with updated modern bathroom. Nice pool area retreat. Location was perfect-walking distance to all major Key West attractions, restaurants, park, etc. This would be first on our list for a return visit!

Tranquility is just that. Quiet except for local roosters, safe, peaceful and private. There’s no front desk but the manager was in touch and checked in frequently. Great neighborhood nestled between Duval and the state park with fabulous beach.

While check in was a little confusing, everything after that was fantastic. Room was great, spacious, and clean. The location is fabulous. A short walk to the center of Duval st, giving easy access to everything you'd want to do. The staff was super friendly. I needed to let someone know the battery was low on our lock and it was immediately handled, with a very friendly follow up call to make sure everything was all set and if we needed anything. Also nice 2nd floor porch, great for a morning coffee or evening night cap. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Helpful staff, they let me store my bag upon arriving early and after checkout until my flight a few hrs later. Room was perfect and all I needed was a place to sleep and shower! Will definitely return!

It was clean and a perfect location. The private pool was nice This is a guest house. You get a room with a small frig and microwave, absolutely no ammonites, coffee pot, glasses, utensils, paper towels, cleanex, no dresser or counter. You live out of your suitcase.

We liked the clean room, access to pool was easy and so beautiful. Everything is so close by. Food, souvenir stores, beach. Parking the rental was dependent on finding a spot but luckily we would find one near. Most places in the area have limited parking. Management checked on us almost daily to make sure we had what we needed which was really nice. The chickens,roosters, iguanas were and added bonus.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay at Tranquility Guest House! I had a wonderful experience staying at Tranquility Guest House. The location is perfect — very central and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and everything Key West has to offer. The property is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the island. What truly made the stay special was the outstanding customer service. The staff was always attentive, helpful, and available whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel very comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend Tranquility Guest House to anyone visiting Key West. It is a hidden gem with a great location, peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again!

Great, calm space. I loved the pool and grabbing a cup of coffee and sitting in this tropical sanctuary while slowly waking up. The location is amazing. Most everything in the main part of Key West for visitors is within easy walk. Soledad and Karina kept the whole property nice and tidy. And the manager Federico was incredibly responsive. Once I arrived I received a text making sure I didn't need anything. It was a perfect way to spend a peaceful week away from my weird life.

We stayed at Tranquility Guest House in July 2026 and really enjoyed our experience there. We booked a superior room which was plenty spacious, had a clothing rack, full length mirror, bistro dining set, mini fridge, microwave, and TV. Management reached out via text ahead of our stay to touch base with me and provide instructions for check in as there is no office on site. It was straightforward and we had no issues getting into our room. The first thing we noticed was how clean it was and how good the room smelled. We were there for a week and every time we came back to the room, it had such a fresh, clean smell. Any time we had an issue, management was easy to get in contact with. For example, shortly after our arrival, the key pad on the door to enter our room informed us the batteries were low and needed to be replaced. I texted management and they sent maintenance to fix it almost immediately. We really liked the keyless entry onto the gated premise and the room. It gave peace of mind not having to keep track of a key. The location was perfect. A stones throw from great restaurants and right off Duvall street. We could easily walk to most places and would catch the occasional Lyft when we wanted to quickly get to the other side of the island. Tranquility Guest House is a quaint and cozy hotel and we had no issues with the other guests. It was very quiet and only the occasional rooster or loud vehicle during the day. Overall we loved it and highly recommend!
