THERE IS A WALK-IN CLOSET RIGHT BEFORE THE IN-SUITE MASTER BATHROOM FEATURING A LARGE JACUZZI TUB, STAND UP SHOWER AND TWO SEPARATE VANITIES.

THE 2ND ROOM HAS A QUEEN SIZED BED AND THE 3RD BEDROOM HAS TWO TWIN BEDS. EACH OF THE ROOMS HAVE A FLAT SCREEN TV, CLOSET SPACE AND A DRESSER. THE 2ND ROOM (CANAL SIDE) HAS A SLIDING GLASS DOOR THAT LEADS TO THE PRIVATE BACK PATIO.

Enjoyable stay

House was great, had six adults and had plenty of room. Enjoyed the area, great small town feel and traffic wasn’t too bad. Would stay in the area again.

Great Stay

The location is amazing. So close to the cabana club and canal side for fishing. Lovely, yet simple backyard with a great fence if you have children. The home was well equipped and very nice. It was not quite as clean as it seems at first look but overall a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay again. Also the host was very quick to respond to any inquiries.

Dreamy space to relax

Our stay was incredible, beyond the great weather and using the backyard patio all day, the accommodations of the house were great. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook and eat. Bathrooms stocked with nice towels, and bedrooms were comfortable and we all got good sleep. The location was excellent - quiet neighborhood, on the canal, places to walk to or use the bikes. Local restaurant (Havana Jack's) is about 2 blocks away with local live music and good food. Would 100% recommend this property.

Great place to stay for the family!

Our family loved staying at this house in key colony. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very safe and friendly. We really enjoyed the access to the cabana club with the large pool and beautiful private beach access. There was also a lot of things to do in the area and places to eat/shop. The only suggestion I have for the owners/renters is to update their photos as some are not 100% accurate such as the cooler and bean bag boards were not there. I did ask the host and they did tell us that this stuff was not there beforehand, but I just feel like it would help them if they updated it. They also had a way better grill than pictured and a great outdoor seating area which would help the listing if updated! Overall everything was great and if we are ever in the area again we will be rebooking!

Birthday Celebration

We were in this area for the first time as a family of 7 celebrating a 70th birthday. The house worked perfect for grandparents as well as parents with children 5, 8 & 10. Katie was amazing to work with. Any questions or concerns were answered very promptly. The back of the house is especially amazing for both adults and kids!! Access to the Cabana Club is a plus. Great trip. We would book again and definitely recommend.

Great Location

The property was in a great location (Key Colony). Access to the Cabana Club was nice but it was very crowded at times (Spring break). The house was clean and comfortable. The property manager, Katie, was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Just a few suggestions - the home could use some TLC in the backyard, including the outdoor furniture. The screens are off the sliders of the second bedroom, the kitchen could use some pans, coffee cups, and other items were lacking. It would have been nice to have some beach chairs available to use. Overall, it is a nice property.

Baby Blue Pelican Canal

We Came to Key Colony for Christmas. It was a great house for this type of getaway as described. Could use some new decor on walls. Bathrooms had no pictures or anything. Boring! Everything worked as it should except the bikes and we did not find the cooler for the beach or the bean bag game but, don’t be too loud and have too much fun it is a quiet town esp @ 4:30 in the afternoon the cops were call cuz we were too loud! It had a great location close to the cabana club for the pool/ bar and beach. Turtle hospital and other activities just down the road. Great location for your morning walks. Key west was about a hour down the road depending on traffic.. don’t speed cops everywhere! We had a great time would stay there again even with the 3 cockroaches! lol! (They are everywhere in Florida) * could use more towels we did laundry almost every day with 7 adults and showers! Plus you have to buy all the detergent and stuff, Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing home and location!

This home was very clean. With a family of 7, it was the perfect size! The gate across the back of the property was great having 3 children with us. It really helped us relax without worrying about the children falling into the canal. The location is very good too, it is close to all local activities and necessities. My only complaint with the property was the two guest bedrooms were listed as queen beds, but they are actually fulls. The size of the beds wasn't really a problem for us, but we were slightly worried about the weight of adults sleeping in them.

great set up

The property had an excellent layout for our family--1 senior, 2 teens and their parents. BUT--there was a poor eating set-up . Plenty of room in common area but no table and chairs. Three stools at counter. The property sleeps 5-6 and should have adequate dining set up for same. Good set up on patio(only 4 chairs around large table) but weather was cold and rainy.

Lovely location

The home is truly lovely, and a quiet location. It does need a deep cleaning once or twice a month. You can see the whole home had just been painted, very nicely. Having use of the Cabana Club was a definite bonus. The seating area in the kitchen needs better lighting. We actually had to use a flashlight to cut a roasted chicken on the counter top. Katie that handles any issues, was extremely responsive and very helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this home, and would surely come back.

Rental where you are not welcome

The pros: it's a single house, not a duplex & it's in walking distance to the Cabana Club. Cons: 1. we arrived in the evening and discovered 3 half-empty hand soap containers "leftovers" from previous guests, there was no body soap or shampoo at all, so we texted to a manager Katie and her response was that they do not include any hygiene products in their "welcome kit". Providing sample-size toiletries has become a norm in rentals and hotels a long time ago. There was no welcome kit, not even basic things like binders with house rules, emergency numbers, etc. The WiFi password was hand written on a piece of paper, which was scrunched, thrown in trash, retrieved and then placed on the fridge. 2. when my husband & I went to bed and pulled the blanket away, a large dark spot was "staring" through the thin sheet. It turned out being a menstrual spot, it was gross, and my husband slept in a secondary bedroom. Is it too hard to invest into a bed pad which could be cleaned? 3. The master BR glass door is so filthy, you can't even see the canal view. 4. They do not supply any beach related items, the only choice is to buy or BYO. 5. They provide only two kitchen trash bags, they refuse to give more. 6. The nice outdoor furniture set is only on the photo, in reality it is a beat up and filthy modular sofa. 7. The towels in the secondary BR & beach towels are so worn and dirty looking, you'd be ashamed to bring them to a public place. 8. The manager is there to argue not help.

Key Colony Beach

Large, updated, clean 3 bedroom home. Great location just a block to the Cabana Club. My only recommendation would be to stock the kitchen better. There were only three dinner and lunch plates and 5 sets of silverware.

Nicely remodeled place in good location

Great place with even more potential. Add bunks in one or two rooms (beds are tight for two unless small/kids in two of the rooms). Needs grilling tools (metal spatula) and some lamps in the house! Please is clean, remodeled nicely and in a good location. Property manager was very responsive. Great stay overall.

Great Stay

Location, house, pool, almost everything was great! Areas where things could improve: Pillows on beds are flat as pancakes and no extras anywhere. Only one nightstand and table lamp in bedrooms 2 & 3. One table lamp in bedroom missing switch to turn on. For a week long stay, the house needs more garbage bags and toilet paper. Also could use paper towels/napkins, grilling utensils with the grill and a mat from the back patio to living area to catch dirt. We requested life jackets to use the paddle board and they were delivered the next day which was nice. Overall good - just needs a few improvements🙂

Location and backyard are great.

Couldn't have been happier with the location. The boat dock was a fabulous new thing for us and renting a boat was an amazing adventure. The property manager was very responsive with questions. and help! the house is spacious and very clean.

This property was very nice. Very well described other than the 2 guest bedrooms had full size beds and not queens. Other than that everything else was great.
