Quick responses when we reported things needing taken care of.The master must be an add on, sounded like a train coming thru the house when it rained, must have a metal roof in that section.The wall outside unit ac unit in the master vibrates the wall in the bedroom. Jessie did her job to try to find a resolution, the owners were not willing to correct the noise issue in the master! They did send two guys over that put rubber pieces under the unit outside, but it did not correct the issue. This was a nightly frustration with noise. BTW , the frame that unit sits on outside is totally rusted. Plastic glasses in the kitchen cracked on the bottom and leaked.Both doors in the house did not close tightly , leaving room for bugs to get in. This was fixed.The kitchen did get sprayed with. Not a bid deal, we didnt hear much of the people next door. The house had plenty of room and supplies we needed. We were welcomed with a welcome basket 💖 theres a washer and dryer in the unit. Big plus for us, since we had kids with us. The pool is just a short walk. Only thing we wished was the pool didnt close so early.
