Southern Comfort Three (SC3) is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, ensuring you feel right at home during your getaway. Whether you're cooking a meal for your family or preparing a snack after a day of fun, you'll have everything you need to enjoy your time in the Florida Keys.

The home features two spacious bedrooms, each bedroom are on opposite sides added privacy. The master bedroom has a king-size bed for ultimate comfort, while the guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, perfect for small family. The guest bedroom also offers direct access to the pool through a sliding glass door.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located outside in car port. For guests bringing a boat, only one boat trailer is allowed to park out front of the house and has to be inside the property line.
