Having been to Key Colony Beach for 5 years in the winters we loved the location of this home with its access to the 7th St. extra wide canal with no homes directly across from it in the back and the 9 hole golf course across the street to the front. An added benefit of staying there was that the owner recently installed a small pool/spa where we spent an hour or more everyday. The property amenities are accurately presented in the description and the pictures show off all the cozy home has to offer. We also rented the electric car..It was a huge plus for getting around the neighborhood, to the beach, sunset park, etc… (highly recommend renting the car) … The only slight down side was closet space.. This place was absolutely the best , we had a boat dock with a lift for our boat that Alfonzo let us use and the patio and back yard looks out to the open canal. Communication with Alfonzo was great , we even got a courtesy call mid week to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything ! The indoor space is fine. A lot of interesting lighting.. Furniture is comfortable, but space is ar a premium. The kitchen area is very tight so don't plan on doing a lot of cooking in the space. Alfonso was very responsive to questions and needs. Marathon is a great launching point for an adventure in the Keys.
