You are only minutes away from the boating, fishing, snorkeling and diving North Americas only living coral reef. Our Tropical Paradise is perfect for a quiet/romantic get-away or a fun-filled vacation with family and/or friends. Our oceanfront property includes a private heated pool and private beach retreat on the Atlantic Ocean. Guest condos are just steps away from a refreshing swim in the heated pool or ocean. Bring your own or rent a locally delivered kayak or paddleboard that can be launched directly from our beach. Our Continental Inn Condominium units include fully equipped kitchens, secure WIFI, cable T.V., tiki huts on the beach with gas grills. Coin washers and dryers for guest use are available on the right side of the building prior to entering the breezeway from the parking lot. The City of Key Colony Beach is a tropical island paradise, located in the Heart of the Florida Keys centrally located between Key Largo and Key West. This is a great property in the middle of the keys. The neighborhood is pretty and a nice little beach right on the property. It could use some improvements when their rate is pretty expensive. The mattresses sag in the middle so sharing it with someone is difficult. They don't provide conditioner and getting additional soaps/supplies is a bit of a hassle since you can only do it during limited hours (hours that you are busy on vacation). ##### brandon w. The property was very clean and well-maintained. There were kayaks and paddle boards available for use. There were ample beach chairs and covered areas near the beach. The pool was nice and thee were also pool toys, noodles and floats available. Location was close to restaurants and downtown Marathon, but quiet. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Roxanne D. The pool, location beautiful!!!! Not really any complaints except that the blender in the shower wasn't working. The shower was either hot or cold, never warm!! Michele was amazing to work with. Will The place is wonderful. Condo was so clean and had everything you would want. Providing beach towels was so convenient. Michele worked with me on everything.
