Welcome to Continental Inn Condominiums in Key Colony Beach, Florida known as “The gem of the Florida Keys.” Our Non-smoking Condominium is fully equipped and furnished to meet your vacation needs. You are only minutes away from the boating, fishing, snorkeling and diving North Americas only living coral reef. Our Tropical Paradise is perfect for a quiet/romantic get-away or a fun-filled vacation with family and/or friends. Our oceanfront property includes a private heated pool and private beach retreat on the Atlantic Ocean. Guest condos are just steps away from a refreshing swim in the heated pool or ocean. Bring your own or rent a locally delivered kayak or paddleboard that can be launched directly from our beach. Our Continental Inn Condominium units include fully equipped kitchens, secure WIFI, cable T.V., tiki huts on the beach with gas grills. The kitchen offers all the conveniences needed for your vacation. The location in the complex was convenient to the beach and pool area. The beach offered plenty of comfortable chairs and covered tables for outside dining. We were able to rent bikes that included delivery and pick up. Grounds were clean and well-manicured. The bad: I had to call and ask for the property to be cleaned again, after we first arrived. Kathleen came very quickly and cleaned the unit. She was very apologetic and asked to see everything that wasn't clean so she could make it right (which she did). The bed was abominable! Very uncomfortable. I slept in the small recliner 2 nights. TV was not connected to the internet so I couldn't use any of my streaming services but I didn't ask about it beforehand, so that's on me. The condo was as described and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. I loved watching the boats go by from the patio, and being almost next door to Sunset Park. There is much to do on Marathon but it is also a great central location to drive from to visit neighboring Keys, which we did. The communication was excellent throughout, with all my questions being addressed leading up to my stay. This trip for my stepmother and I was a dream come true. It was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do with about an hours drive to Key West. The condo was very clean and right in the middle of the complex so we were mere steps from the ocean and the pool. We will definitely be back! ##### Catherine U.
