The kitchen cooks with confidence: balanced seasoning, clean execution, and a sense of place in the ingredients. Hotel Hartness is a property that understands modern Southern hospitality: understated luxury, genuine warmth, and a culinary program that stands on its own. For a birthday getaway, it was exactly right.
