Kitchen has everything you need. Couldn’t get the hot tub as hot as we wanted, but it was fine. There is a crosswalk below the house that beeps constantly. Can’t hear it from the primary, but friends of ours in another bedroom said they heard it at night, not a big issue, but something to note if you are a light sleeper. Quiet location other than that. This was a relatively new property in a new community. The property was had all of the eminities for a family gathering and food preparations.
