All very very good but... No towels when we arrived, we were looking forward to use the facilities but swimming pool area was packed , some people had 2 or 3 towels per head and we waited and waited but nothing. they were meant to be complimentary. disappointing. Also no room service after some point. we run out of water ( only 2 small 500ml bottles in the room) on a very hot day it was simply not enough. We asked room service for some more, they said no. And instead I had to go all the way back to the restaurant, quite far from our room. Apart from this, a truly incredible experience. Hence the 5 stars regardless.

Property has a huge footprint but is spacious. And the position is perfect. I could hear the waves from my room, views are spectacular. Staff are all excellent - well trained, attentive, but not pushy. Breakfast was amazing. Private beach is nice for snorkeling, public beach is sandy and shallow. Close to Lassi for restaurants and bars. All in all, couldn't be much better!

Die Lage des White Rocks Hotels ist zweifellos wunderschön. Die Anlage ist ruhig und gepflegt, und das Meeresrauschen vor allem in der Nacht ist herrlich. Für uns war jedoch ein großes Manko, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt, im Freien zu frühstücken. Gerade bei dieser traumhaften Lage wäre das ein echtes Highlight. Die wunderschöne Terrasse, die am Abend für das À-la-carte-Restaurant genutzt wird, wäre dafür perfekt geeignet. Wir hatten einen Sea Front Bungalow, der sehr schön war. Die Terrasse war allerdings am Nachmittag und Abend aufgrund der direkten Sonneneinstrahlung kaum nutzbar, da es dort einfach zu heiß wurde. Der hoteleigene Strand ist leider sehr klein und steinig. Da wir mit unserer Enkelin unterwegs waren, nutzten wir den direkt angrenzenden öffentlichen Sandstrand, der bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn das Hotel dort für seine Gäste einen eigenen Bereich mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen anbieten oder zumindest eine Vergünstigung ermöglichen würde. Außerdem fehlt eine Möglichkeit, sich nach dem öffentlichen Strand vor dem Betreten der Hotelanlage die Füße vom Sand zu waschen. Eine einfache Fußdusche wäre sehr sinnvoll. Normalerweise kritisiere ich keine Mitarbeiter, aber der junge Mann an der Eierstation wirkte leider wenig gastorientiert und selten freundlich. Trotz der traumhaften Lage würden wir das Hotel aufgrund der Frühstückssituation nicht erneut wählen.

Super Haus in traumhafter Lage. Der Blick vom Balkon war der Wahnsinn. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und immer sehr aufmerksam. Unseren nächsten Urlaub in Kefalonia werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder im White Rocks verbringen.

Fabulous hotel, we upgraded to a sea front bungalow, 2 sun loungers and wooden table and 4 chairs, one of the best balconies and best views ever! Everywhere you walk in the hotel grounds you can see the sea most rooms apart from the rooms that have inland views in the main building have views out to sea. Food was fantastic, dining room looks over to the sea in the beach below. This hotel however, would not be suitable for people with walking issues or very elderly people. There are loads of steps down to the public beach and a slope down to the private rocky beach and it’s quite hilly every where. One other thing to note if you want to eat out in the Taverna’s, part of the road outside the hotel has no pavement. It’s very dangerous. Probably better to get a taxi instead of walking.

Very clean We stayed in a hotel room this time not a villa. The View was amazing. Sitting on the balcony in the evenings watching everyone on the beach till 7/8pm. This was the second time we stayed and will be going back

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The setting is stunning and the extensive grounds offer plenty of space to relax and sunbathe.Everything felt peaceful and well maintained we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again . The only small downside was that we found the drinks at the bar expensive , but this didn’t detract from our overall experience.

Lovely view over the public beach from our balcony. Only downside was smell of someone smoking on a nearby balcony. Room comfortable and clean. Wasn't keen on the window into the bathroom from the bedroom. Even with blind down you can see through to the toilet area. All staff helpful and polite. Liked the different areas around the pool and slope down to tiny beach area. Excellent idea to have a buzzer for staff to take poolside orders. Took advantage of the 8am yoga and pilates classes on the hillside area overlooking the sea. Wonderful start to the day. Only on Bed and Breakfast so evenings we walked to Lassi where there are numerous restaurants and also took taxi to Argostoli on 2 occasions which is just €8 - £10

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a gorgeous setting. The views are breathtaking taking. Very conveniently located to a public beach which is a really good beach, we visited frequently. The hotel is well located near the main town and lots of local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Great place to start off our honeymoon! Easy access to beach with beautiful clear blue waters. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It was very calm and relaxing which is exactly what we wanted before traveling to the busy island of Santorini. Our pool was amazing, it was a little chilly so be aware if you’re looking to book in May the pools are not heated. Definitely recommend renting a car to drive into the capital town of Argostoli, it was like a 10 minute drive. Such a cheaper alternative rather than getting a taxi everywhere and we loved venturing out to different restaurants in town each night. Great place. We had an amazing time!!!!!
