Villa Levanda is set over two levels, fully air-conditioned, and accommodates up to six guests. Access is from the main road via a private parking space, followed by a stone-paved staircase leading up to the pool terrace.
The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a cosy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a shower room. French doors open onto the balcony, which connects seamlessly to the private pool (8 x 4 meters) and a stone-paved sun terrace with sunbeds, offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside.
The upper floor, accessed via an interior staircase, houses three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes an en-suite and a sea-view balcony, while the two additional bedrooms have direct access to a spacious sunny terrace. All bedrooms feature wooden vaulted ceilings and enjoy stunning views of the sea, pool, and surrounding landscape. A second shower room on this level ensures convenience for all guests.
The villa's private pool area is perfect for swimming, relaxing, or enjoying meals outdoors, with a built-in BBQ conveniently located near the parking area below. The sun terrace is fully equipped for comfort and remains an ideal spot to admire the spectacular sunsets and the panoramic views.
Villa Levanda is just 1.5 km from Magganos Village, where someone can find mini-markets and traditional tavernas. Foki Beach is a 10-minute drive away, while Fiskardo, with its restaurants, cafes, and shops, is only 15 minutes by car.
