### Luxury Villa with Heated Infinity Pool, Spectacular Sea Views, Great Location

Beautifully situated amongst pine trees on the hillside above Emblissi beach, Villa Galini offers peace and privacy and a high standard of holiday accommodation in Fiskardo, Kefalonia. Perched high above many other holiday villas in the area, the unspoilt views are just fantastic and the pretty harbour of Fiskardo and Emblissi beach are approximately one kilometer away. This property is in an amazing setting and provides the ideal destination for truly impressive and memorable villa holidays in the Greek Islands.  
Villa Galini offers a space of total 272 m2 on an elevated private position. The main level comprises of the living room with open plan kitchen and two bedrooms, with direct access to the pool and their bathrooms (total 137 m2). A marble staircase leads up to the Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a private balcony (total 52 m2). In the lower level there is a separated guest house, comprising of a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and one bathroom (total 83 m2).  
A drive leads up to the villa and to a parking area below the villa. A flight of steps then leads up to the middle floor of the villa and a most attractive open plan living/dining room. This is a spacious air-conditioned area with wooden beamed vaulted ceiling and natural stonework. The formal dining area is to one end, whilst the comfortably furnished lounge has fireplace, satellite TV, music system and DVD player. For those who like to keep in touch with the outside world free Wi-Fi internet access is available. Two sets of large patio doors open out onto the front pool terrace and boast wonderful views of the sea. The open plan kitchen has been well fitted and equipped with dishwasher, microwave and there is a washing machine for your added convenience.  
On this level also two of the five air-conditioned bedrooms are located. This is a double with full bathroom en-suite and a twin bedded room, which has shower room with WC adjacent. Both bedrooms enjoy access to a spacious terrace and those lovely views once again. Stairs then lead to the master bedroom suite, which is situated on the top floor of the villa. This is a very large room with king size double bed, dressing area and a most attractive full bathroom en-suite with bath, separate shower and WC. Patio doors lead off from here onto a front covered terrace, which boasts the most wonderful views down to the sea and the islands beyond. There is a private rear balcony off from this bedroom also.   
On the lower ground floor, and with a separate entrance, there is a self-contained spacious guest suite, although of a simpler style, this offers family accommodation of a living room, which has a fully fitted kitchenette with hob and refrigerator and two air-conditioned bedrooms. One of them has twin beds and sea view and the other has a queen bed. They share a large shower room with walk-in shower and WC.  
All five bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.   
Outside the 8 meter heated infinity pool sits amongst sun terraces to the front of the living accommodation on the middle level of the villa. It has corner steps into the shallow end for children and the whole area ensures that the villa's superb position is maximized to the full. The terrace is well furnished for relaxing and dining outdoors and there is a brick built barbeque on the lower level for your added enjoyment.  
Explore the countryside and try some hiking while you have the chance in this gorgeous location, and if you're feeling more active why not try cycling through the Kefalonia countryside.  
A really lovely family villa in an ideal location with the added advantage of daily housekeeping provided by a live-in maid.

#### Super sejour

Tres bon sejour. Villa propre et bien tenue, belles prestations. Akrivi a ete super. Le wifi ne marche pas tres bien mais il y a une solution. Attention au check-in/check out times etendus. Fiskardo est envahie par les touristes. La Cephalonie est tres belle. Nous reviendrons.

#### What a view!

We have just finished a weeks stay in this lovely villa. We were greeted on arrival by Laure and she gave us all relevant information. The place was spotlessly clean. Laure came in every day to clean and always asked if there was anything else that she could do for us. For us, the location was great. We could walk to the beach and into Fiskardo but one thing I would say is the walk back to the villa is very steep so probably not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. We were there to celebrate a ‘big’ birthday and the host very kindly arranged a delicious birthday cake for us! Thank you for a lovely stay

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful villa! The most wonderful view to wake up to every morning! The location was perfect - just a few minutes drive from the lovely village of Fiscardo and the local beach Emplissi was perfect for an early morning swim! Akrivi was a brilliant Host and very kind and responsive to all our requests and gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and beaches ! The villa is so well maintained and taken care of and I would highly recommend a visit - and I hope we will return again soon!

#### Lovely villa

Our family, all 10 of us had a really enjoyable and very comfortable holiday in villa Galini. Really stunning views and the main bedroom suite particularly stunning. Akrivi our host always promptly dealt with any queries we had and Louise the Villa maid kept the Villa spotless on a daily basis.

This Villa was everything it promised to be. Awesome views, first class accommodation and beautiful location. Fiskardo and the surrounding area are amazing. Louise, our maid, was discreet but thorough and Akrivi our agent was attentive and extremely helpful. We can’t rate the whole experience highly enough.

We had the most wonderful family holiday. The villa was just perfect. The separate accommodation was great for me, my husband and two young children, whilst the rest of our family were in the main house. Luisa the housekeeper was amazing, cleaning the property every day for us and leaving it spotless. The property is set above the beautiful town of Fiscardo which you can walk to but you might need a taxi back up the hill! It has plenty of lovely restaurants and shops right on the harbour and beautiful beaches nearby. Parking in Fiscardo is easy and there are always spaces. We did venture out too far as we had enough to do in the local area. Akrivi was brilliant and always on hand to help us with any requests. She organised an amazing boat charter for us, complete with a loiveky bottle of champagne to celebrate a birthday which was very kind. This was a family holiday to be remembered. Hope so much we can come back again one day!

#### Amazing villa with amazing customer service

We stayed at this villa for about 2 weeks. First time visiting Kefalonia with my family and friends. Villa itself is amazing, with picturesque views and great quality furnishing. Swimming pool was definitely better then expected from the pictures. Throughout the overall stay we had a very prompt assistance and great communication with Akrivi. All our needs have been taken care of, which I appreciate a lot. as in often times you don't get this responsiveness from the hosts from my experience. Highly recommended for the location as well as the property itself. You won't regret it. One of the best holidays that we've been on so far!

#### Traumvilla

Es war einfach alles super: die Betreuung durch Akrivi von der Agentur und vor Ort durch Luise. Die Villa und die Insel sind einfach traumhaft. Das kleine Städtchen Fiskardo, der tolle Strand Antisamos bei Sami und noch vieles mehr waren so wunderschön, leider ist eine Woche viel zu kurz.

#### End Of Summer Break

A group of 8 visited and on arrival we were greeted by Louise as promised, and shown around the villa. It was exactly as described, a lovely property with fabulous views, both morning and evening. As has been said elsewhere , the bakery down the hill is fabulous and the visit to collect bread/pastries/pies in the morning for one of the group provided great exercise ! Fiskardo is a lovely town on the island and this is an ideal location to enjoy all of the local eateries and activities. Akrivi was easily available when contacted and very helpful during our stay.

#### Fabulous Fiskardo!

We had a truly wonderful relaxing stay in the Villa which has breathtaking views. The Villa is spotless, there is a lovely live-in maid who comes everyday. The villa was well equipped and nicely furnished. It is at the top of quite a steep hill and about 20 minutes walk into Fiskardo which we enjoyed but isn’t for the faint hearted in the heat of the day!

#### Charming villa very close to Fiskardo

We had a lovely stay at Villa Galini. We were two families with two kids each. There was plenty of space. The villa is very clean - thanks to Louise who greeted us with her bright smile every morning. Akrivia was the perfect host; helped us with all our needs. The villa is only a couple of minutes away from Fiskardo, so you can reach the town very easily but still wake up in the middle of the greenest surrounding with an exceptional view of the Ioanian sea every morning. There is a bakery nearby (my 14 year son's morning exercise was to walk down to the bakery every morning for some pies). We highly recommend Villa Galini and would certainly consider it for accommodation if we were to visit Kefalonia again, which is very likely as this was our second visit in three years.

#### Traumhaftes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir waren im Oktober 2018 in der Villa in einer Gruppe aus 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern. Wir haben einen perfekten Urlalaub erlebt. Das Haus entspricht in vollem Umfang den Beschreibungen. Die fünf Schlafzimmer sind toll ausgestattet und verfügen über ein bequemes Bett. Ebenso kann man von jedem Zimmer aus das Meer sehen. Der großzügige Schnitt ermöglicht einen entspannten Aufenthalt auch für eine Gruppe mit unterschiedlichem Tagesablauf. Die Lages des Hauses ist ruhig und trotzdem fussläufig zum sehr hübschen Fischer- und Seglerdorf Fiskardo. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor Ort war unsere Hausangestellte jeden Tag vor Ort und hat die Unterkunft in perfektem Zustand gehalten. Toll. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt und wir waren schon in einigen Ferienhäusern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder auf dieses schöne Eiland und genießen tolles Essen, perfekte Landschaft, traumhafte Buchten und überalll freundliche Menschen.

#### Stunning views, beautiful villa

This villa was absolutely beautiful with the most serene, stunning views you could wish for. It was perfect for us as a group of 7 friends who love hanging out together around the pool but also have our own space (and bathrooms). It was immaculately clean when we arrived and Louise the housekeeper was a joy. I sometimes find it awkward when someone is cleaning while I’m in the house but she is so lovely, happy and friendly it was actually nice seeing her every day! Akrivi was great from the start, always so quick to respond to questions and the recommendations she gave us for restaurants were spot on. We tried all of them and they were all great. We also booked a boat for the day through her at a very reasonable price (she booked it for us and we paid the captain directly) and we went to Ithaca which was again stunning and was definitely a highlight. The location was great, you can walk to Fiskardo but I would definitely advise on a €5 taxi back...it’s all uphill on the way back. I wish we could have stayed longer to see more of this beautiful island but I guess that’s an excuse for a return visit and I would totally stay at Villa Galini again, no questions asked. Efcharistó polý Akrivi and Louise for a fantastic holiday!
