First floor redecorated apartment with terrace, sea views and private pool on a secluded property in Pessada.

This modern and luxury 70 sq.m. whole first floor apartment is located just a breath away from Pessada village within a huge estate of 1.5 acres with superb and fresh scented garden full of flowers, palm and cypress tree varieties.
The whole area is surrounded by high stone walls, while passing the heavy remote controlled iron gate there is a “crazy paved” driveway which leads to the external BBQ area and the overflowed swimming pool with the hydromassage.
The pool area is completely private with sun laungers and a big umbrella. Pool operation is from beginning of May till theend of September.

Taking the stairs under the covered veranda you will be leaded to the apartment which is totally independent from the ground floor and comprises of a hall entrance, open plan lounge, dining area for four persons, w.c. and a fully equipped kitchen.
The sofa, into the lounge which is fully air conditioned, turns to a bed which can sleep one adult or a child. The spacious bedroom offers a queen size double bed with anatomic mattress, bedsides, drawer and a huge wardrobe.
The fully air conditioned bedroom has the benefit of en-suite shower with sliding door and bath furniture with fitted hand basin.

The front side has a balcony facing south with amazing sea views while the terrace at the rear looks at Ainos mountain.

Pessada is one of the most beautiful villages of south Kefalonia, with two local beaches, 2 km away from the villa, while in less than ten minutes drive you will find the beach of St. Thomas and Trapezaki.

The capital of Kefalonia is only 12 Km from Pessada.

Wow, just wow!

We feel so privileged to have stayed here. It is all and so much more. The pictures do not do the stunning location of this place justice. Not a sound do you hear apart from crickets and goat bells. Bliss, pure bliss. This property is so well managed. They have thought of everything and I mean everthing! We arrived to a fruit basket, wine and water in the fridge. So thoughtful. We spent mornings getting our steps in to the village and back then for a quick swim. Everything is totally private. We saw the owner occasionally but only to say a brief hello or to thank him for his generous gifts of watermelon, home grown grapes and a homemade lemon cordial. He lives below you but we really didn't notice him at all. We spent our evenings by the huge pool then onto the panoramic roof terrace watching the sun go down supping a g & t. The views take your breathe away. This apartment is huge and supersedes any private villa we haved stayed in ever!!! Although remote you do have access to a restaurant and shop within 15 mins and no steep hills to climb. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for longer. Thank you Athanasios. We would love to come back x

Perfect away from it all holiday

Just returned from 9 days at this wonderful apartment. Everything in the apartment is of high quality and exceptionally clean. The private use of the pool was major factor in choosing this accommodation and what a lovely clean pool it was. Perfect for early morning swim as well as cooling off during the day. Many thanks to our hosts for letting us share a part of their home. The kitchen was well equipped with generous supplies of tea/coffee etc. and the welcome goods, especially the local wine were very much appreciated. Many thanks also for the gift of local eggs and jam which appeared mid way through our stay. The location is away from the crowds and a car is essential but there are plenty of restaurants within short drive and several supermarkets only 15 minutes away. Our visit coincided with some unseasonal weather but in fact this did encourage us to explore the island a bit more than we might have otherwise. Thoroughly recommend a day out to Fiskardo. The drive is stunning and town really pretty with some great fish tavernas along the harbour. Sorry we didn't get to use the BBQ but for anyone booking, it is a fantastic outdoor kitchen area with huge BBQ and pizza oven. If we were to return to Kephalonia would not hesitate to book again.

Stunning apartment in a peaceful location

Lovely, spacious apartment with everything you need and more. All fittings and finishes are of a really high quality, particularly the comfortable king bed which was a real bonus as we find most holiday rental beds too hard. Large sun terrace and balcony offer stunning views of the Mount Ainos and Zante plus traps the sun throughout the whole day. Everything spotlessly clean, maid service every three days. Beautiful, lush gardens make it all appear as if it's set in it's own oasis, exclusive use of the pool and bbq area, again all spotlessly clean, safe, quiet and private. Warm, friendly and hospitable owners always on hand to spoil us treats and drinks, thank you Athanasios we hope to see you again.
