The hotel was not in very great shape. I think it hadn't been vaccuumed or swept in a long time. The pool was clean, albiet pretty cold. I was surprised to be the only person there (in the pool). The Hot tub has been closed since May. My television was unplugged and when staff helped, we also discovered the battery was dead on the remote. I had issues with wifi that I had to call the internet provider. The staff was very friendly, and helped with concerns. The bed was very clean and comfortable. AC/heater was spot on. They also accommodated my cat, so props for that (although there was a fee).

We stayed there the weekend the fair opened. Definitely noticed all of their hotel parking lots full of cars except for ours. By the second night, the crickets were loud in my son’s room. The staff was nice and friendly, but a good review goes out the window once I saw a roach. Had I looked at other people‘s reviews before I booked our rooms I would’ve never stayed there

We had a lovely stay - was a bit disappointed that the hot tub was not working/cold but the kids had a nice swim, very cool pool area. The only thing that had a big impact was the lights outside, it lit our entire room up, under the blackout curtains... would recommend some blinds or something... room was clean and beds very comfy.

The room was unexpectedly spacious and clean. This was a great experience, specially for the price. I was only spending the night and didn’t care too much and expecting a lot less given my recent experiences in hotels twice the price. And I was pleasantly surprised. I read the reviews about the dirty bathrooms and I want to believe they took care of the matter.

10/10 for trying. After reading some of the reviews we almost didn’t stay here, but glad we did. Checkin staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Everything in our room was new, newly painted, new bedding, new towels, new pillows, new comfortable beds, new kitchenette with full size fridge/freezer. The pool was being worked on and when its makeover is complete it will be a great asset to this hotel. We look forward to staying again when all the finer touches are complete.

I stayed at here for 3 days. I started in #1033. It was decent size, clean until we did the walk through. There was a water bug in the shower and a roach crawling up the bathroom wall. The final straw was, walking out the bathroom a pregnant roach was crwaling in the kitchen area. My fiancé and i were fed up. We called the front desk and the lady/cleaning lady..... was very accommodating with switching rooms, apologies and complimentary breakfast coupons, which we never used. We were in the G building way in the back which was kind of scary if you were alone.. The kitchenette are had no kitchen supplies besides plastic cups for coffee. I was glad i brought my own dishes, pots/pans and silverware .Had to buy dish soap to keep kitchen area clean. We did enjoy there bed, we had a" king suite" it was soft and the pillows were amazing. The air conditioning was great. Refrigerator kept everything cold and fresh. Overall, we got rest peacefully and alone time so we were good. The property has potential with improvements starting with spraying the units for bugs, who wants to pay over $300 for 3 days with bugs?

The property is two hotels/extended stay. I waited in line at the counter only to find out I was at the wrong desk. The staff at check in was not knowledgeable and seemed upset when I told him I was there for Suburban Studios, because he had to go to the other computer. The staff person when I checked out was much more friendly. The bath tub did not drain. The shower water stayed in the tub, filled the tub over half way before I was out of the shower. It was GROSS. The room was clean. The light from the window was very bright, needs better curtains. The bed and pillows were comfy.

Don't do it.

I'll start off by saying they did let me check-in early which was very nice and helpful. That being said that's about the end of the good things I have to say. The bed in our room was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a month, the room they gave me wasn't the same room I booked from the website, the paint on the wall was bubbled out and chipped badly and looked like they had just painted over wallpaper that was bubbling out. Floor was dirty and looked like it hadn't be swept or mopped in quite some time. All in all we hadn't stayed there in over a year because of similar problems but I thought with new management it might have gotten better, so I gave them another chance, but my wife will not stay there again and was very disgusted and I have to say I will not stay there again either.

Check-in was fine. Little slow, but once it was my turn, my check-in was pretty quick. Room was comfy and clean. We had a King bed room. What is warranting of the low rating however, was the morning service. I went to the breakfast bar and the guy asked if I had a meal ticket, which I did not, and assumed I got one when checking in. So I went to the front desk to get my 2 meal tickets for my wife and I. Went back to the breakfast bar and ordering was extremely difficult. We had to do one order per voucher which was extremely inefficient. It was quite difficult to place the order due to the language barrier with the guy working. Nothing against him, but management should definitely have 2 people working if just the order alone took 5 minutes for 2 omelets and 2 coffees. I asked if they had any non dairy options, like coconut milk, and the guy said yes. I saw him then prepare the latte's with real milk, and I questioned him on it, which took another 5 minutes just to explain that dairy milk is not coconut milk and I no longer wanted the coffee's which I paid for.
