Watchman Villas was easily one of the best stays of our trip. We stayed at The Pinyon as a group of two families, and the setup was perfect for us. The villa had two spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, which made it extremely convenient and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was also friendly. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and utensils, which made it easy to manage meals. One of the biggest perks was the free laundry—such a bonus after long days of hiking. The location is excellent, with a shuttle stop, coffee shop and grocery store within walking distance. Views from the villa were spectacular. We were able to leave our car at the villa and reach the Zion Visitor Center via shuttle in under 10 minutes. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and convenient. We would definitely choose to stay here again, especially when traveling with family or a group.

We stayed in the cliff dwellings. They were spacious rooms with a well equipped, albeit small, kitchens. After a long day of hiking, we unwound in the hot tub overlooking the valley and the mesas in the distance. It was relaxing and comfortable. We were about 20 minutes from Zion and the main town. So special seeing the buffalos on the property too.

AutoCamp is beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing, but overall felt a bit overrated for the price. The Airstream experience, while unique, didn’t quite justify the cost, especially with added resort fees. Breakfast was included, but it was very minimal—just coffee and granola—which wasn’t quite enough to start the day. The surrounding area is quite quiet with limited activities, and it’s easy to miss the property at night. We initially booked an Airstream but switched to a Class Suite, which turned out to be more comfortable and better equipped for our stay. The location is about 12–13 miles from Zion National Park Visitor Center, so planning ahead is important. Next time, I would prefer staying closer to Springdale for easier park access and more dining and activity options.

The 10 am time to leave is a little rough with our kids. I would suggest changing that time to 11 am like most other facilities. The internet situation is annoying. It would be better to just allow for internet use. The unit had a very dirty balcony, it really needed to be mopped. There were a lot of dried spill marks, and our unit could have been vacuumed and swept better as there were lots of crumbs under the dinning table. The appearance all in all was very good. We enjoyed the pool ( it did have some large dead bugs in it) we also used the basketball and pickle ball courts. One of the pickleball nets is pretty hammered though. These things are just for your information. I would want to know them if I were managing. Anyhow, we did for the most part dry much enjoy our stay and will most likely stay again.
