« The hotel is decent, but at this price point, expectations weren’t matched. The room was so humid that even the bed linens felt damp. Pre-arrival communication was frustratingly poor—I had to threaten to cancel just to get them to honor the complimentary transfer mentioned at booking. That said, the staff upon arrival were kind and helpful, and the room was clean despite the humidity issue. Not a place I’d recommend, though it might still be the least bad option in the area. »

« Perfect. A hidden gem in Negombo 25 easy minutes from the Colombo International Airport. The room was spotless and spacious. The pool was sparkling clean, relaxing and warm with plenty of exotic birds including parrots flying around. The food choices were numerous and tasty. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need including laundry services for a nominal fee and airport transfer arrangements. « Nice location near the airport for a quick stay. Airport pickup was provided with a midnight arrival. Awoke to lush gardens in a very quiet area of town. The staff was very help in arranging a tour. Nalaka setup tuktuks and boat tour. He also shared some tips on surroundings cities. Breakfast and dinner options were very good and promptly prepared. »
