Property Summary  
Villa Kastel Mila is a single-family house surrounded by trees and fields, just 1.2 km from the center of Kaštel Lukšić, the sea, and the beach. This vacation rental offers a private property of 360 m2 with a wildlife garden, an angular swimming pool (6 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, available seasonally from June 1 to October 15), and an outdoor shower. The property also features Internet Wifi and a washing machine. Parking is available for 3 cars on the premises, accessible via an 80m unmade road.

The property is a 3-room house with an area of 70 square meters spread across 2 levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a living/dining room equipped with a double sofa bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), an open-hearth fireplace, and a satellite TV with a flat screen. The open kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There's also a separate guest toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms - one with a single bed (120 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a balcony, and the other with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and access to another balcony. Both upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers several amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. Air conditioning is available throughout, allowing you to stay cool and comfortable. A washing machine is provided for your convenience. Outdoors, you'll find a barbecue area where you can grill and enjoy alfresco dining. Inside, the unit is equipped with a dishwasher, making clean-up a breeze after meals. The open-hearth fireplace in the living room creates a cozy ambiance during cooler evenings. Satellite TV with a flat screen is available for your entertainment. Heating is also provided to keep you warm during colder months. A microwave and television are included for your convenience.
