The city centre can be easily reached on foot within a few minutes. There are many shops, shopping facilities, restaurants, museums, churches, the Fulda as well as the Fulda-Aue (a beautiful large park with a lake). With the tram you can move everywhere in Kassel without a car and the stop is only about 100 metres away. The apartment is very modern and equipped with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. A special highlight is the 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed with comfort topper. The second bedroom also has 2 single box-spring beds with toppers (0.90 x 2.00 m) so that you can sleep comfortably. For another 2 persons, the sofa bed in the living area is available, which can be folded down in a few easy steps. This sofa also has a high-quality pocket spring mattress and you can also place a topper on it. In the living area, a natural stone wall provides a stylish ambience. The smart TV has numerous apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, RTL+, YouTube, etc.). The two bedrooms also have their own TV with the same apps, so that even in a large family there is no need to argue about the TV programme: ) The living area has a dining area for 6 people and a small sound system with DAB plus radio and Bluetooth. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, providing plenty of storage space for our guests. The second bedroom has a small chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped. The highlight there is the fully automatic coffee machine that runs on whole beans (very tasty coffee!!). If you don't want to have breakfast in the dining room, there is a nice place with 2 stools in the kitchen. The view from the windows is to one side into the garden as well as to the gardens of the neighbouring houses. To the front, you have a view of the university on the street side. Despite the central location, it is relatively quiet at night, as there is no traffic noise in the attic. Der Check in war klar beschrieben und verlief problemlos.Auch die Kommunikation mit Sven ging immer schnell.In der Wohnung gab es vor allem in der Küche alles, was das Herz begehrt. Allerdings sieht man das alles selbst gemacht wurde, ohne große Kenntnisse was Renovierung angeht, zu haben. Schiefe Linien vom Streichen, Sockelleisten nicht auf Gehrung geschnitten, Türleisten mit Silikon am Boden festgeklebt usw. Die Duschtür geht auch nicht zu, da die Dachschräge im Weg ist, dies hätte sich sicher anders lösen lassen, da man sich so zum Duschen in die Badewanne setzen muss um nicht das ganze Bad zu fluten. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, alles gute Marken und Hersteller. Die Boxspringbetten und auch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer sind sehr bequem und wir habwn super geschlafen. Alle Zimmer lassen sich mit Rollladen verdunkeln. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sicher nicht die Beste, da in der Umgebung viel konsumiert wird. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist sehr gut mit guten Geräten ausgestattet. Wir haben viel gekocht, da das Wetter etwas regnerisch war… Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Nur das duschen ist eine kleine Herausforderung , man sollte schon etwas gelenkig sein :). Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist zentral, man ist in wenigen Schritten an der Tram. Da die Badewanne in die Dachschräge hineinverläuft können sich größere Menschen beim Duschen allerdings leicht den Kopf stoßen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sodass man es auch zu mehreren Personen gut in der Wohnung aushalten kann. ##### Sebastian T. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Toll war die Kaffeemaschine mit Zubehör. Zum besuchen der Stadt sehr gut gelegen und ziemlich ruhig.Leider wurde nicht auf die notwendige Parkgebühr hingewiesen. Ein Duschvorhang und ein größeres Waschbecken war noch schön.
