« Da ich einfach fast immer schlechte Zimmer als Alleinreisende bekomme (dieses Mal A7 Balkon neben Aggregatoren) , darf ich das nicht zu sehr in die Bewertung einfließen lassen, denn von 42 Zimmern sind Da40 glaub ich gut. Die Mentalität auf Kassandra ist auch ein wenig spröder als in Griechenland sonst, das hab ich gelernt (es gab Damen die sehr nett waren, auch der Herr an der Bar war sehr nett). Wenn man beim Frühstück drauf eingestellt ist, dass der glasierte Speck und die \*Frankfurter \* kalt...

"The hotel is very nice and deserves 5 stars in many aspects: \_Gardening: beautifully maintained. \_Swimming pools: always quiet and never crowded during our stay (mid-September). \_Beach access: we didn’t use the hotel’s beach services at extra cost but instead enjoyed the fantastic free beaches nearby, accessible on short walks on both sides. The sand and water quality were excellent. It’s worth noting that the large hotel complex next door was closed for renovation during our visit, which added to the tranquility and likely contributed to the water quality. This might change once it reopens. \_ Parking: convenient and available. But might need to walk or request a golf car ride available anytime when the room is located on the lower side of the resort \_Staff: kind, professional, and attentive. \_Food: good quality, considering the scale of a self-service system. However, several aspects need improvement: \_Breakfast coffee: only filter coffee is included, served by waiters. A proper espresso is available, but only at extra cost, which is not appropriate for included breakfast. "Très bon: proche de la plage, plage privée avec des transports allongés, ascenseurs, bar sur la plage, restaurants à coté, chambres spacieuses, balcons avec vue mer, nettoyage chaque jour, verdure, décor, 3 restaurants, spa, piscine. Moins bon: manque de transparence sur la taxe de séjour car annoncée par hôtels.com 5€ par nuit/chambre, et l’hôtel facture 15€/nuit/chambre en disant que c’est les prix, mais pas de facture. Quelques insectes dans la salle de bain Le plafond a des fissures et métrite un rafraîchissement "

"Il est rare de voir un service et un attention du personnel de cette qualité. ils sont toujours à l’écoute, bienveillants et super gentils. Le lieu est splendide très bien entretenu. Il y a de nombreux enfants et des activités pour la famille. Le lieu est idéal mais attention en période de vacances, beaucoup de poussettes et d’enfants…. et penser à réserver vos restaurants en avance via l’appli car sinon ça se complique un petit peu."
