This 4 bedroom and 5 bathroom villa offers space and comfort for a family or group of friends. All the rooms and 3 outside terraces have breathtaking views over the bay. There are 2 lounges, one with access to the pool and the other with access to the first floor terrace. The roof terrace is the ideal spot for enjoying a cocktail watching the spectacular sunsets and the unspoilt view over Kalamar Bay. The private pool is graduated and set in lovely gardens. Close by is Kalamar beach club offering diving and water sports. The local restaurants, bars and shops of Kalamar are just a 5 minute walk. The picturesque town of Kalkan is close by and easily walked in 15 minutes or get a local taxi for less than £4\. Kalkan has a wide choice of shops, restaurants and bars Further details outdoors: Guests can enjoy the outdoor life as there are 3 large outdoor terraces; by the pool there is a shaded terrace with a table and chairs, off the living area is a large shaded dining terrace and on the roof there is a large terrace with seating and a table. Take the BBQ to the roof and have a truly memorable experience under the stars. The views from the roof and dining terrace are spectacular, you will take away many wonderful memories home. The villa has its own a private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas provided. There is a jungle shower by the pool for cooling down and a BBQ for enjoying outdoor dining. The villa has gardens to the front and rear of the villa- you can pick your own lemons, pomegranate, and olives. There is private parking at the front of the house. As the villa is close to amenities a car is not essential. It is a short walk to the beach club, restaurants, shops and bars. There is a good taxi service in Kalkan so it is easy to explore the local area. Taxis are plentiful and cheap. You can hire the driver for the day for guided tours. There is also car and scooter hire available locally. Services We can arrange transfers from the airport. Please let us know if you wish to book. We provide a welcome hamper to get you started. If you are here on a 2 week stay the villa is cleaned mid stay. Our caretaker visits daily to clean the pool and tend the gardens. He is able to respond to any emergencies or maintenance issues. We have eaten in some fantastic restaraunts (Yelken Aqua & Brothers and have met some lovely people here. The owners Huseyin & Caroline went beyond the call of duty to make our trip memorable by organising our transfers to & from Dalaman Airport and leaving a welcome pack in the Villa. Everything you require is within walking distance from local restaurants & bars I recommend The Yelken Bistro and Aqua Bistro to the local Yali Express supermarket and the Harbour which is perfect for a stroll & a meal. But the icing on the cake is the views you get from the Villa over Kalamar Bay which is outstanding which is why we are heading back next year........ Spacious house with good amenities. Lovely balconies with great views. Spent most of our time on the balcony off the king bedroom. Comfortable beds. Fast wifi. Some kitchen appliances a bit dated and could use an upgrade, particularly microwave. A ton of dishware and glassware and nice full-size dishwasher. Excellent coms from the get go. Villa is in a lovely location in Kalamar Bay area ( our favourite) within easy walking distance of good restaurants and a good walk or a £3 taxi ride from Kalkan town centre. The Villa had everything we needed for our stay, lovely pool, balconies galore and a beautiful view. Beds were comfy and with two sitting rooms ideal for families, if you ever needed to be indoors. I don't think we sat in either sitting room. The villa is spacious, beautifully presented, with balconies in every room and a roof terrace right at the top for sunsets and star gazing. We had worried that the pool might be a bit small for our very active kids but the pictures don't do it justice - it was plenty big enough for all 4 of us to play in together and had a proper deep end for diving! I had a lovely holiday staying at the villa. It is a home from home with everything you could possibly need. The villa is beautifully maintained and clean to high standard. The layout is perfect for a large group and is spacious enough for different families sharing. Being pool side is so relaxing with many sunbeds in a beautifully maintained garden with beautiful flowers.The pool is cleaned everyday. The views across Kalamar Bay are amazing from many places within the villa but particularly the top terrace which is more beautiful of an evening. Customer service from the owner was amazing as arranged all transfers and ensured we had all information we wanted for trips and restaurants. There are many good restaurants in Kalkan,I would recommend Chillies , the Olive garden and Cafe Vita. Saklikent Gorge, Kekova, Kas, a boat trip, and visiting a fish farm are a must. The villa is ideal for our family with lots of space both inside and out. The pool is a suntrap with lots of sun loungers for chilling out, they even supply beach towels. The views are superb. We spent many evenings on the roof terrace and dining terrace just taking in the scenery. The villa is really close to the local beach and there are good restaurants only 5 minutes away. We hired a car this time and got out to see the local area. Patara beach and pink beach club were our favourites. It is only a 15 minute walk into Kalkan and we enjoyed a few nights in the harbour. There are lots of good places to eat here. We also managed a boat trip- really fun for the kids. The villa is well equipped- everything you need. There is a good supply of books and DVDs if you want a night in. Huseyin was incredibly helpful- he provided us with information before we went and can organise transfers. If you want a peaceful location but still be close to restaurants, beaches and shops this is the perfect villa. We had wonderful holiday and will definitely be back. Jul 14, 2014 #### Fabulous Myself and my family had a wonderful holiday. The villa was beautifully kept and with lots of dvds for the kids! We were able to go out for something to eat and come back to the villa with the children because it was just a lovely place to be. The kids were never out of the pool unless it was to eat. The kitchen was well equipped and the family enjoyed the atmosphere. Easy walking distance to the beach if a change of scenery was needed. We spent many a night on the roof terrace enjoying the wonderful views. Great place to chill and be next to all the amenities. Jul 4, 2014 #### A Perfect Retreat We have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at this charming and beautifully cared for Villa, located in Kalamar Bay (15 minute walk from Kalkan). The owner Huseyin was excellent and you can book with full confidence that he will look after you and be there to help if you need anything. On our second night around 9:30pm we had a problem with some lights not working on the roof terrace - within 30 minutes of texting him, the caretaker was with us and had fixed the problem! Huseyin was also able to book our car transfer to and from the airport and it allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday stress free knowing that we were in good hands. I was really impressed with the condition of the Villa when we arrived and the internal decorations are very nice indeed. The pool is a decent size and you get plenty of sun during the day. The kitchen facilities were superb, including a water cooler and there is a barbeque for grills on the roof terrace at night. There is so much to do in and around Kalkan that you will probably not spend a whole lot of time at the Villa itself, but when you come back to it of an evening you will appreciate the homely qualities and the spectacular views that are afforded from the location of this lovely villa in a quiet and relatively private corner of Kalamar Bay. It is of course a great place to spend the day lazing by the pool if you prefer, and there are some amazing restaurants very close by to eat at reasonable prices.
