### Mountain view apartment in Karon, 650m to beach

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, dining area and living room. Just 650 meters (8 mins walk) to the walk to Karon beach, close to restaurants and shops, no hills! A short drive to Kata beach.   
Common area includes a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, free parking if you travel with a car.   
  
Top floor apartment with mountain views. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure great light and beautiful views. Relax, dine and entertain with your family or friends on the private balcony.   
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and utensils for self-catering.  
A flat-screen TV with cable channels and private Wi-Fi connection are available for you to entertain or work online. Master bedroom has a large king bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, second bedroom has 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.  
  
Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.   
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.  
Late check in is available on request free of charge.  
  
This is a private apartment within Veloche group in the Palm building. The complex offers excellent views and luxury accommodation all year around. Very conveniently located, Karon beach is just 600 meters away. Very safe area - day or night. Restaurants, bars, convenience stores, massage shops, stalls with fruit and local food all around.
