Karojba 4 km from Motovun: Very beautiful semi-detached house "Rokvilla", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Krizmani 4 km from the centre of Karojbe, in a sunny position, 20 km from the sea. Private: property 800 m2, garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (51 m2, depth 138 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 6.3 km, pebble beach 25 km, rocky beach 20 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
