This is a beautiful hotel and the location is excellent. Alejandro and the other staff members were friendly, helpful and did an amazing job. Minutes from Dollywood and The Island - I definitely recommend.

The room had an odd smell to it and there was a stain on bedding and the sofa bed.

The kids really enjoyed themselves

Everything was great except the refrigerator froze Everything and the internet kept going out all the time

If you book, make sure you book the main building. The building we were in was across the creek....you had to walk (about 5 minites) or drive to breakfast and the pool. Pro was our room was spacious, but could be updated. The back patio would have been great, but lots of smokers on their patios and people next to us brought 2 dogs. Pool was average in size. Pool chairs need to be updated-lots were broken in that you had to keep them in the lay down position. Breakfast options were plentiful, but not very flavorful. Pancake syrup container had lots of ants. Saw one of the workers push down the over flowing garbage in a container and go back to serving food without washing her hands. Overall, this place is average, but is conveniently located to everything.
