Additionally, the property features an outdoor shower, a barbecue area with a swing, and pool maintenance services provided by the owner/gardener. Ensure seamless connectivity with internet access and laundry facilities onsite with a washing machine. Parking is conveniently available on the premises, accommodating up to 3 cars.

You will be staying in a 6-room house spread across two levels, with a total area of 140 square meters. The ground floor features an entrance hall with air conditioning, one room with a double sofa bed (150 cm length, 190 cm width), a satellite TV, and another room with two beds. There is also a dining room with a kitchen corner. Additionally, you will find a room with a French bed and a satellite TV, as well as a room with two bunk beds. The ground floor also has a dining room with air conditioning and an exit leading to the terrace. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, has an entrance hall with air conditioning, one room with two beds, another room with a double bed, and a dining room with a satellite TV.

The house is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include air conditioning units, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, satellite TV, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the house is 12 people, with six bedrooms and three bathrooms available.
