With a fantastic view over the harbour entrance and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this attractive maisonette apartment scores points with its spaciousness, all-day sun and a private wellness area. The white sandy beach is just a few metres away and can be reached on foot.



The location on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the marina is unique, as every room has a sea view (Baltic Sea/Schlei). A private wellness area invites you to relax: an infrared sauna (heat cabin) with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a large relaxing bathtub with a view of the water are available for relaxing after a walk on the beach.



The living/dining area of the holiday home is flooded with light, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts to the adjoining terraces on both sides. The terrace adjoining the dining area offers fantastic views over the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. Whether it's a romantic candlelit dinner or a convivial barbecue, harbour cinema and fantastic views of the sun are guaranteed here. Early risers can enjoy the unique morning atmosphere - a true spectacle of nature when ducks, geese and swans try out their flying skills on the Schlei.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The living room is cosy, with a comfortable seating area that invites you to spend an evening by the fireplace, even on cold Nordic days. A skylight not only allows a view of the starry sky, but also of the dreamlike cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north. The second bedroom has a double bed for two children (130cm) and a single bed (90cm). A further shower room on the first level provides additional comfort.



This holiday accommodation is a maisonette on the first and second floors. There is a car parking space and a bicycle shed directly in front of the house.
