Situated on a narrow headland between the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord and the sailing and sports boat harbour, you can watch the boats pass by and the harbour cinema all day long. The south-facing terrace and the green area invite you to sunbathe, play and linger. A screen provides privacy. The white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is also within walking distance. The open-plan living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment and welcomes you with floor-to-ceiling window fronts, modern maritime furnishings and a cosy sofa corner for relaxed TV evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living and dining area, you can access the south-facing terrace with a marvellous view over the marina. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds ensure restful nights. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds. In the living area, the sofa can be converted into another comfortable sleeping option in a few simple steps. Wellness lovers will also get their money's worth in the spacious bathroom. A whirlpool bath and infrared sauna await you here. Just the thing after a long day at the beach. There is a private car park in front of the house.
