« It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

« L'hôtel est situé en retrait de Penarik, donc très au calme. Les chambres ont beaucoup de caractère et le personnel est très serviable (mais parle peu anglais). Lors de notre passage, la connexion Wifi était inexistante et la 3G ne passe pas partout dans l'hôtel, mais cela fonctionne à Penarik. L'hôtel donne sur une très belle plage entretenue, d'où voir les Perhentian et Redang. »

Les propriétaires sont des personnes au top, d’une extrême gentillesse et toujours à l‘écoute de leur client. Le petit restaurant propose de super repas. Et vous pouvez demander sur place pour la mise en place d’excursion. »
