Don't go there

It was very hard to get parking. There was no really no accommodation. There were roaches in the hotel room, bed, bathroom. Everywhere you look they were roaches. Very bad experience

råttor på detta hotell

Det var helt enkelt ett fruktansvärt hemskt hotell. Vi hade råttor i vårt rum och fick inte byta rummet. Vi fick lov att ha lamporna tända för råttorna sprang omkring och det lät så hemskt och vi var rädda att de skulle komma upp i vår säng. Så vi fick sova i skift. Sen ville personalen att vi skulle betala för rummet en gång till, vi hade redan förbetalt. Vi kunde till slut ge dem info om att vi betalat redan. Men det var svårt att få tag på denna info, eftersom vi inte fick någon WiFi, fast det stod att det skulle finnas WiFi. Så snälla alla, boka inte detta hotell. Personalen var inte heller så tillmötesgående, de förstod inte varför vi blev så illa berörda. Men nästa natt fick vi byta rum, där råttorna inte sprang, men vi var redan så rädda. Vi åt frukost på hotellet, men nu efteråt förstår vi inte varför vi gjorde det, för det fanns säkert råttor i köket också, men det vet vi ju inte med säkerhet att det fanns.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Staff was less than helpful to say the least. I asked for help getting a taxi and they got a thief to drive me to my destination who charge me four times the rate simply because I was a foreigner. Every interaction I had with the young clerk was unprofessional as she had a sly smirk on her face each time I asked a question or asked for help as if I was asking something stupid. She then pretended not to know whether I had paid for the hotel online, but she had the information on her phone the whole time. The water stopped working on my last day and they did not even offer a new room, they just stood around and said "I don't know. Some rooms have water and some don't". How was I supposed to take a shower and brush my teeth? I was planning on extending my stay there, but after this incident, I just left. This was very disappointing
