Near the bus station, bakery & supermarket, & only 2.5km from the beautiful seafront with its fish taverns.  
Take in the sights at the nearby park with its open-air railway museum, museums and stunning Venetian castle.  
Free parking on the street and Wi-fi!  
  
The Space:  
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near the city center, making it perfect for families or large groups. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and comes equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area provide a perfect space for relaxation and tranquility. The house features three spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with two single beds (or one double). There is also a bright and comfortable bathroom with a bathtub.  
  
All areas of the house are air-conditioned for your comfort. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, free Wi-Fi, and parking available on the street.  
  
Enjoy your morning coffee or relax with your favorite book on the large verandas. The house is conveniently located near a bus stop and station (200m), supermarket, and is just a 5-minute walk to the main town square. The city's long beach is only 2.5km away.  
  
This is an ideal location for exploring the city of Kalamata and enjoying unforgettable holidays throughout the year. Free public parking is available right outside the house, and Wi-Fi is included.

The Neighborhood:  
The lodging is situated in a quiet neighborhood in the city of Kalamata, close to many attractions. The Venetian castle of Kalamata, the old town, and the Archaeological Museum of the city are just 400m away. A mini-market and a bakery are located 100m from the house, while a large supermarket and several taverns are 200m away. The bus station and a bus stop are situated only 200m from the lodging, making it easy to explore the city and beyond.  
  
The central town square is located only 800m from the lodging, and 1.5km away is the open-air Railway Museum of Trains. The long beach of Kalamata and the cycling route along the coast are just 2.5km away and offer a magnificent view.  
  
For those looking for excursions in the area, there are many beautiful beaches to visit, such as Almyros (7km), Mikri Mantineia (9km), Paliohora (10.8km), Akrogiali (11.8km), Santova (12.8km), and Kitries (15.9km). These beaches are all situated along a picturesque seaside route with many more anonymous beaches, cafes, fish taverns, and bars for nightlife.  
  
A daily walking tour can take you to the characteristic seaside villages of Mani, including Kardamili (37km), Stoupa (43km), Agios Nikolaos (46km), Agios Dimitrios (51km), and Trachila (53km), as well as the nearby beaches of Dolphinia (36km), Fonea (41km), Kalogria (43km), and Pantazi (48km).  
  
For those interested in day trips, there are many options including the castle town of Mistras (59km), the cave of Dyros (89km), the Temple of Apollo (87km), Ancient Olympia (115km), and the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus (166km).  
  
Getting Around:  
There is a bus stop located near the house that provides access to various areas of the city. The KTEL bus station is only a 5-minute walk away, offering transportation to other parts of Greece.  
  
The distance from the airport is 10 km (approximately a 10-minute drive)  
  
Public parking is available around the house and is free of charge.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
The house's location near the city centre and many popular attractions makes it an ideal starting point for exploring Kalamata. With the Venetian castle, old town, and archaeological museum all within walking distance, there's plenty to see and do. Plus, the nearby bus stop and station provide easy access to other parts of the city. And for those looking to venture further out, the house is also a convenient base for day trips to nearby destinations like the seaside villages of Mani, the castle town of Mistras, and the ancient theaters of Epidaurus.

Super sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Apartment im ersten Stock. Es gab sehr viel Platz und der Vermieter hat uns ohne Aufpreis ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt. In der Straße hat man immer einem Parkplatz gefunden und Markt und Altstadt sind in fußläufiger Nähe.
