Please keep any music and noise to a low respectable level, as we like our neighbors and want to respect their evening quiet time. If you are bringing a dog it must not exceed 20 lbs unless it is a service dog or an emotional support dog with a certificate. Thank you! Please note that a parking permit and registration is mandatory while staying at our property. We will send details upon booking. There are absolutely no trailers, RV\`s, motorcycles or commercial vehicles permitted. If you are bringing a truck, please make sure it is not more than half of a ton. For non-service animals, they must not exceed 20 lbs. There is a key to the communal pool, please make sure to leave the key upon departure. Any lost keys will be a $20 charge to replace. A 2.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record. Please note: A non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations that include pets. If you are bringing two pets, the fee is doubled. The location is great, minutes walking to the beach, walking trails, tennis and pickleball courts nearby, but far enough away to not disturb; lots of green space and parking, close to restaurants (some in walking distance) and shopping for groceries and takeout. Roger Dean Stadium is about a 20 minute drive as are attractions including the Jupiter Lighthouse and Loggerhead Sea Turtle Sanctuary. The condo was spacious with a master bedroom and smaller one with twin beds. Both were private and had their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary items for cooking. The booking process is all online and requires use of Docusign which caused me a few problems. My only contact with anyone was online which is fine if you are comfortable with the technology.
