Welcome to Tide & Tiki, your private backyard resort near Jupiter's best beaches. Swim in the saltwater pool (heat optional Nov–Apr), sink a few putts on the green, fire up the new Weber grill, then catch the game on the 65" TV under the tiki hut's pendant lights. The fully renovated 3BR/2BA single-story home has new counters, floors and furniture and sleeps 8, with a bunk room kids love. Coral Cove beach, the Jupiter Lighthouse and waterfront dining at the Inlet are about 8 minutes away.

Welcome to Tide & Tiki, a fully renovated single-story pool home in a quiet, no-HOA Tequesta neighborhood. Inside, the counters, flooring, furniture and linens are all new. The real star is out back, where you have your own private resort.

THE BACKYARD
- Private in-ground saltwater pool with a removable child-safety fence. Heat is available November through April for an added fee (see Other things to note below).
- Thatched tiki hut with comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, dimmable pendant lights, LED lights and a 65" TV. It's made for game day, card night or a sunset drink.
- Custom putting green, with putters and balls provided
- Brand-new Weber gas grill, poolside dining for 6 and pool loungers
- Fully fenced, private yard

INSIDE: SLEEPS 8
- Bedroom 1: King bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3 (bunk room): Twin-over-full bunk bed, a pull-out twin trundle and its own smart TV. Sleeps 4 and is perfect for kids.
- Two full bathrooms, including a spa-style walk-in shower in the primary and a tub/shower combo in the hall bath
- Open-concept living and dining area, with a dining table for 6 and French doors out to the pool
- Renovated kitchen with extended breakfast bar for 4, new counters and backsplash, and cookware, dishes, a coffee maker and basics
- Central A/C, a tankless water heater (endless hot showers) and a water softener
- Fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs with streaming, and an in-home washer and dryer

- 1-car garage plus a large circular driveway with room for several cars and a boat trailer. Bring your boat: Burt Reynolds Park's 24/7 ramps are about 8 minutes away, a short run to the Jupiter Inlet.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire home is yours, with no shared spaces. That includes the house, the saltwater pool, the tiki hut, the putting green, the grill and the fully fenced backyard.

- Self check-in: The front door has a keypad smart lock, and your personal entry code is sent before arrival. No keys to pick up or return.
- Garage: The 1-car garage is open to you, and it's perfect for beach chairs, bikes, golf clubs or fishing gear. Garage entry details come with your check-in instructions.
- Parking: Park in the garage or on the large circular driveway, which has room for several cars, an RV, or a boat trailer.
- Wi-Fi: Fast Wi-Fi throughout the house and backyard, with smart TVs in the living room, the primary bedroom, the bunk room and the tiki hut.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Pool heat (optional, November–April): We can heat the saltwater pool to about 85°F for a $100 activation fee plus $30 per day of your stay. Please request it at least 48 hours before check-in, and we'll send the charge through Vrbo. On unusually cold nights it may run a few degrees cooler. From May to October, the Florida sun keeps it warm.

HOUSE RULES
- Up to 8 overnight guests. No parties or events, and no commercial photography or filming.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- Dogs: Up to 2 dogs, 50 lb max each. A per-dog nightly pet fee applies and is shown in your quote. Please let us know about your dog(s) when you book. Dogs are not allowed in the pool or on the putting green. Please take dogs to the side yard, the front yard or on walks to go potty, never on the backyard turf. A $100 turf-cleaning charge applies if this rule isn't followed. Please pick up after your dog. Service animals are always welcome, with no fee or weight limit.

SECURITY CAMERAS
We have a Ring doorbell at the front door and a floodlight camera over the garage, facing the driveway. They record video only (no audio) and are not actively monitored. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in the backyard/pool area.
