  • 80 km south of Jyväskylä, Lake Rautavesi 30 m (length 10 km, width 800 m), shallow, hard clay bottom, own boat and canoe. Cottage pier renovated in summer 2025, length 10 m.

    Log cottage 2005, kitchen, living room with alternatively 2 extra beds (large corner sofa), one bedroom with 2 bunks, another with double bed. Dressing room, washroom, sauna (elec.stove), open porch.

    Movable hot tub for 6 persons for rent (brought to the cottage yard); rental for several cottages, so availability should be checked in advance from the deliver (contact information will get in booking confirmation)

    Charging the electric car allowed at extra fee (not an official charging point). In case you will charge your electric car, please contact the owner beforehand to get instructions.

A comfortable and spacious house on a lovely lake. There is a row boat, a dock with a ladder and a picnic table for enjoying the lake. Grocery stores and other amenities are a short drive from the house. The property manager was attentive and helpful.

Comfortable House in a Lovely Location

The house is on the shore of a calm lake that has almost no motorized boating. The dock makes swimming easy and has a table overlooking the lake. The sun sets over the water. The property is set back a kilometer from the main road but is easy to find.
