    "The room I booked and paid for wasn't available. They in fact indicated that they had zero rooms with a sofa bed. Thus I was downgraded but still paid full price. I want a refund. I had booked a king with sofa bed. There was no sofa bed so I had to have one person sleep on a hard lounger instead of 2 people in a king and two in a sofabed.
