Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. We were just looking for a simple place to stay while we visited hot springs and did some errands on a short girls trip. The place is spacious, clean, & cozy. I didn’t realize or expect that we would have a TV or kitchen so these were bonuses for us. Despite being close to the highway, we did not hear much traffic noise at all. The description of the property is a bit misleading. It would be more accurate to say this is a 1 bedroom with a couch bed in the living room. It does sleep 4 but there's no place for your teen to be in their own space ;) . There's also a strong flowery scent. If you are sensitive to smells this may cause issues.
