Sep 3, 2022 Liked: Check-in #### una bella villa, dei proprietari gentili ma diverse difficoltà La permanenza nella villa ha presentato dei pro e dei contro. I pro sono stati questi: la villa ha un grande potenziale, è bella, corrisponde alle fotografie, ha dei spazi esterni meravigliosi e la vista sul mare. Ho apprezzato i colori della casa, amaca, sedie sdraio, ulivi, la natura circostante, la vista mare, il camino barbecue esterno per le grigliate, un bel tavolo di legno esterno per consumare i pasti. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e mi hanno procurato ciò che mi mancava in cucina, medicinali e antizanzare e ci hanno offerto una bottiglia del loro olio. Gli aspetti negativi: l'annuncio ha delle pecche, prima di tutto non è a Coccorino ma a Joppolo, secondo non si parla della sdradina privata di accesso tutta in salita e molto stretta. Per chi ha un SUV come il nostro posso dire che sia da considerare faticosa, soprattutto col buio. La comunicazione con l'agenzia intermediaria non è stata semplice e aveva fornito al proprietario informazioni sbagliate (4 invece di 3 e non ci serviva la biancheria). La casa era pulita ma i materassi dei bambini sono vecchi e con aloni di sporco, il materasso degli adulti per noi era duro. Il problema più grande è stata la presenza di tarli rumorosi che ci hanno impedito di usufruire della camera matrimoniale, ce ne sono anche in bagno e in cucina. Dal secondo giorno avevo diverse punture di acari del tarlo, confermati da una visita medica che ho fatto successivamente. Con un rinnovo dei materassi e l'eliminazione di tarli e acari la casa farà la gioia di tanti viaggiatori ##### Francesca C. Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2022
