Joppa Vacation Packages

For the price my hotel room was ok. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The elevator by our room was down but there is another elevator at the other end of the hotel that was working. Room was clean but the air conditioning was running water maintenance did come and try and fix. The only thing I would complain about is the rooms have really poor lighting the lights are really dull in the room.

My stay was everything I could have imagined. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Hospitality was 10 out of 10. The spa services were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The Sheraton is in a great location, we were there for a family wedding and close to everything. Parking was very easy on site (for a fee). There was no breakfast included so we didn’t make it down to the restaurant but there is a very convenient Starbucks in the lobby. The only negative I would say is when you get off the elevator on the floor it felt very humid and hot bc there seemed to always be someone doing laundry. Highly recommend

It was a very nice stay.

My first room, in B Tower, was a disaster... it was very musty, most of the plugs didn't work, and the AC unit was very loud. The bed was hard as slate. The kind staff moved me to another room in A tower. The air was much better, the plugs worked, but the AC was again very loud. The bathtub had random dirty brown water. I had to run the bath a few times to get clean water. It was, though, better than the first I was given. Other pros: TV system is better than most hotels, and the food at dinner downstairs is excellent. Staff were all very nice and helpful.
