« Everything was perfect, not a long stay but was I notice. The room was clean and not smells, greatly appreciated. AC working great The only issue I had was in the morning trying to get a fast shower before leaving only hot water was coming out, I was finishing showering when cold water finally started coming out for me was already too late but just a recommendation… wait longer! lol Everything else was pretty good, I left before breakfast so I’m not sure how good it was. »

« Floor in room was sticky. Kids running up and down the halls yelling. Thin walls and very noisy above us. »

« The window would not close all the way. There was a 1" gap. Even though I was told there was no pets on the same floor there was a dog barking 2 doors down. One of the employees appeared to be smoking in the hall when we were walking down the hall to our room. They ducked out the stairwell, but you could still smell the smoke »

« Nice accommodations for the cost. The room appeared recently updated. Staff was courteous. Our only issue was that one of the garbage cans had not been emptied from a previous guest, but everything else appeared clean. »

« The room was dirty. There was a dark black spot in the shower. Toilet was not clean. One bed looked clean the other bed had dirt spots on the sheets. The coffee in the breakfast bar was very weak. There was granola bars, boiled eggs, oatmeal, & yogurt. There was a homeless couple who were living in there car that kept coming in a back door to get food. »

« Hotel was nice and conveniently located to where we wanted to be. Pool was out of towels and a little cold but fine otherwise. »

« The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean ! The staff was friendly ! I dont recommend the buffalo wild wings next door as i recieved food poinoning from this place as well as poor service ! The warffle house across the stress is where to go! The hotel is amazing and location is right across from the mall! »

« Breakfast was not impressive. The hotel smelled unpleasant like they tried to bleach something but didn't do a good job. People on my floor were loud and yelling even at 3 am. Shower was okay. »
