This level also features a powder room and a master bedroom equipped with an overhead fan, smart TV, and private ensuite.

The lower floor provides three additional bedrooms and a relaxed open-plan space with a kitchenette, dining, and lounge area—ideal for families or groups. A bathroom with a bathtub, an extra powder room, and a second deck ensure comfort and convenience for all guests.  
  
Practical Luxury  
Enjoy direct internal access from the double garage, complete with a laundry, drying room, ski boot drying racks, and an external bike wash station—perfect for year-round adventurers.
