The room was okay overall. It had a decent-sized fridge, toaster, and coffee pot, which was convenient. However, the sheets were dirty—thankfully I had brought my own. The bathroom was clean, but the hand towels and bath towels were dusty. We decided to eat at the restaurant. The bartender was friendly and helpful, but the mixed drinks were very weak and poorly made. The pretzel sticks we ordered were still cold inside. While dining, we overheard much of the young wait staff openly complaining about various things. When our food was delivered the server dropped the small sour cream container for a baked potato on the floor and then handed it back to us instead of replacing it. Another waitress asked if we needed anything, but when we requested another drink, she simply said, “I can’t do that,” instead of relaying it to the bartender. Overall, the visit was very underwhelming. The room itself was comfortable, and it was nice having a fridge and kitchen sink. The beds werer also comfortable. The room itself was essentially clean but the carpet needs cleaning and/or replacement as it appeared dirty. Easy no-contact check-in and check-out. Pleasantly surprised by the room, clean, but also the amenities such as refrigerator, microwave, liked the gym equipment. Right behind the restaurant that had live music at night. Relaxing. A little farther out for what we were in the area for, but rooms are hard to come by. Would definitely consider staying again.
