Step inside and experience the modern and tasteful decor of this lovely space. Located in Xèrica, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in traditional Spanish village life while surrounded by stunning natural landscapes. The property is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs. The apartment features an open floor plan, a homely living room offering two comfortable sofas and a wide-screen smart TV for your entertainment needs. The dining table, accommodating up to eight people, is perfect for enjoying meals together. Additionally, there's a private balcony with a table and chairs where you can relax and take in the breathtaking views. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For your convenience, a washer and ironing equipment is also available for your laundry needs. You'll find a bedroom with a double bed, one with a bunk bed, and another with two single beds. All beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathrooms are well-appointed, and we provide towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Xèrica, also known as Chelva, is a small town in Valencia, Spain. Nestled in the picturesque region of Serranía, Xèrica offers visitors a glimpse into traditional Spanish village life and the beauty of the surrounding natural landscapes. The town is characterized by its narrow, winding streets, whitewashed houses adorned with colourful flower pots, and traditional architecture. The historic centre of Xèrica is particularly charming, with its well-preserved buildings and quaint squares. Exploring the streets on foot allows you to appreciate the town's unique atmosphere and architectural heritage. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Jérica-Viver, is just a 13-minute walk. Valencia Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive from the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Everything was very clean and recently renovated. There are two bathrooms with showers - very important when travelling with two teenagers ;) and also a washing machine and a dryer, so even with bad weather one can have clean & dry clothes quickly. The owner is very nice and answered all our questions and requests very quickly - thank you! Check-in was easy and unproblematic. The Jercia village itself is very charming. I recommend the free guided tour organised by the Tourist Information (Spanish only) and the Municipal Museum, to learn about the history of the city. Beautiful nature around - great for shorter and longer walks, climbing etc. Many bars and shops, so no problem with buying food and other necessities. Two small improvements I would recommend in the apartment: an electric water cooker and some small lights (e.g. by the bedside) with a warmer light colour (yellow-orange) for some peaceful reading in the evening. The main lights are all very white-blue which is tiering for the eyes. All in all a wonderful stay! Thank you! :) ##### Konstancja S.
