The property was located along a narrow street with no car access hence it was very quiet and peaceful. The check in was easy and fuss free. The futon provided was sufficiently padded for me and I found it comfortable to sleep on the floor. The floor heating also works well and I could feel it from through the futon (would be important during colder seasons). Quiet at night, but you can hear your neighbors through the wall, so it depends on who you get. For those unused to sleeping on futons, they are quite thin and so if you don't like hard beds, you might not enjoy. The owner is very helpful with tips on food and places to visit. He is on hand to help us with booking of taxi when we needed one. He texted all information needed to get there before our trip.This Hanok villa is very beautiful and authentic and there are only four rooms where we stayed. It is smack in the middle of the Hanok village and within walking distance to eateries and interesting places to visit. The futon is too thin though so I had to fold it in 2 to feel more comfortable.
