Completely furnishes. A 65 inch LCD TV In the living room, a 55 inch LCD TV mounted in the master bedroom, and a 32 inch LCD TV mounted in guest bedroom.

    24 hour guarded gated community with private dry lot storage for boats and jet ski's. Two private lighted tennis courts. Complimentary car wash. State of the art fitness center and sauna. Wonderful owners of a unit we rented for 3 months in Hutchinson at islandia I. Could not have had a finer person to rent from in a lovely immaculate condominium right on the beach ! Our stay was wonderful and would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the best of Florida A++

Great place to relax.

My wife and I stayed at this condo for several months and enjoyed our time just relaxing. The complex is very well taken care of, as is the condo. The owner was great and very helpful. Anyone would enjoy there stay, as well as the view.

Hutchinson island dream

We looked for a long period of time until we found this gem. The owner was nothing but excellent in his pursuit of our comfort. Great view and excellent security. Well maintained and friendly staff. Great restaurants around the area and grocerie stores close by. Would definitely recommend.
