Bottom line is I had taken a quick video of the room when I arrived which depicted the area of the room I was accused of damaging. It turns out the pictures indicated that I was accused of damage to a room I did not occupy. This unit was clean and well equipped with needed items to make our stay comfortable. Great Location! Near downtown Jensen Beach with shops, restaurants, grocery stores and fishing pier. Best of all, you can't bet the pricing for the area. Unfortunately fortunately when I arrived, someone was in the room assigned to me. Management was quick to re-assign me to a room I had previously stayed in (I preferred this room anyway). They also had issues with the room door code, but provided an alternative which was a tiny inconvenience. I like the location because of close proximity to the great restaurants, and beaches.
