"The outside balcony was absolutely filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. On top of that, when I asked for an extra pillow, I was told the hotel had nothing extra to provide. "It’s very remote which wasn’t a problem because we rented a car. There was no housekeeping during our stay. There was also no elevator so we had to lug our luggage up the stairs."

"This is an amazing hotel! So comfortable and luxurious. The ambience is fantastic, the infinity pool sublime, and the bed extremely comfortable. An added bonus is the bus stop right outside the front door, making it easy to get all over Jeju. Highly recommend!"
