Indulge in a unique and unforgettable stay at our Canyon View Treehouse. Located in the heart of Arkansas, you'll be surrounded by gorgeous mountains and spectacular views of the Arkansas Grand Canyon. Take a moment to relax and unwind on the spacious balcony, where you can sip on a cup of coffee while soaking in the natural beauty of the area. At Buffalo River Vacations our goal is to go above & beyond to make sure that our guests have an unforgettable getaway! This house has a kitchen/dining/living room open concept living area. The master bedroom and beautiful bathroom complete the main floor. There is a Dish and Roku TV in the living room. Spa Luxury: Soak in our high-end Jason Air Tub, where thousands of warm microbubbles create a cloud-like, full-body massage. Unlike outdoor hot tubs, this indoor spa stays pristine, quiet, and perfectly warm — no bugs, no chill, just pure forest serenity. Your own private treetop sanctuary of wellness and relaxation. The gorgeous bathroom also has a spacious shower with 3 shower heads, including a waterfall. The bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Upstairs is an open loft with 2 sets of bunk beds. The bottom bunks are full size and the top beds are twin size. Wake up to an amazing view from your bed in the loft! The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies, dishes, grilling utensils, coffee and coffee making supplies. We provide bed, bath and kitchen linens. There is a washer and dryer for guest's use. Laundry and Dishwasher detergent as well as dishwashing soap are provided. The spacious deck has a hammock, propane grill (propane provided), gas firepit (propane also provided) and some cozy chairs to relax and enjoy the view. You will have access to the entire house aside from a few locked closets for the host's use. Your privacy will be respected and we are not on site, but we are happy to answer any questions you may have. This home is out in the country overlooking the beautiful Arkansas Grand Canyon. It sits right beside Highway 7 South, so there is some traffic noise at times. HOUSE RULES \-Check in time is after 4PM \-Check out time is by 11AM \-Must be honest about number of guests. Additional guests will be charged extra guest fees. \-Quiet time from 10PM-7AM. \-No pets, smoking, fireworks, substance abuse, or ATV use on property. \-Vehicles must stay on designated driveways and parking areas. \-No loud music or noisy partying. If these policies are broken, you may be charged a minimum fee of $250\. Outdoor surveillance in use. DAMAGES If there are damages found, you will be subject to a damage fee or, if your reservation included an incidental deposit, Buffalo River Vacations, LLC reserves the right to charge for any damages found. CANCELLATIONS Strict - Free cancellation for 48 hours After that, cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee and Taxes. Cancel up to 30 days before check in for 100% refund minus service fee and taxes. Canceling less then 14 days prior to check in is non refundable. We visited over the 4th of July and enjoyed it immensely. It is a small space but efficiently laid out. We stayed at this property for our 20th Anniversary. It was wonderful. Amazing views, had everything we needed to cook and grill our meals. Dollar General and Grocery Store is 5 minutes away. The house itself is just perfect, well designed and tastefully decorated, very modern yet cozy. Nice landscaping and an amazing deck complete with propane fire pit. fantastic location, right outside of town yet still conveniently close enough to Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, where we spent the weekend climbing. We immediately made plans to come back another time! The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful, including immediate assistance in figuring out how to turn on the propane fire pit. Inside the house there were so many thoughtful little details, including homemade brownies upon arrival and lots of little extras sprinkled throughout. This cabin is wonderful! It was immaculate upon arrival and there were freshly baked brownies too! The bed was comfy (although a bit tall, but there is a step stool under the bed if you need it), the kitchen had all the dishes, utensils, etc. needed (just bring your food), and the deck was amazing. We loved the fire pit, used the grill every night, and enjoyed the hammock too. The best part was definitely watching the sunrise each morning! The treehouse was perfect we enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the deck drinking coffee and grilling. The bathroom and bed were incredible. Jasper has several neat restaurants that we enjoyed. We took a motorcycle and toured the country side the leaves were incredible. Also took a side trip to Lakeview and took a guided fishing trip on the White River at Gaston’s resort and had good luck catching trout . Not to forget got a couple of massages in Harrison at Peaceful Massage that was also wonderful. Would give it 10 stars if I could . ##### Todd C. Such a perfect location and the view is phenomenal. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s the best view in the entire area. The cabin was very clean, welcoming, and has everything you could need as well as a few personal touches. I read previous reviews that mentioned the hwy noise, so I packed our white noise machine and it didn’t bother us a bit. It is directly off the hwy, but I actually enjoyed the accessibility after driving through winding roads. I’d go back in a second, if only to see the sunrise from that porch again. I shared photos on social media and had multiple people ask me for the link already. A million dollar view and 5 stars all day! ##### Heather g. I was fortunate to be the FIRST visitor to this amazing property with my sister-in-law. We were overwhelmed! This beautiful, brand new, modern cabin is perched in the SKY! Anyone that has experienced "Arkansas's Grand Canyon" in Newton County will be excited to actually get to stay at this cabin perched on the cliff side with the best view in Arkansas! The house itself is totally modern, with a cozy fireplace, beautiful bathroom with an amazing shower, and fully equipped kitchen--plus a washer/dryer for our convenience. Of course the TV and WIFI were a bonus. The "grand canyon, " can be viewed from every room inside the cabin. However, there is a terrific deck where you can sit for hours in awe of natures beauty. The cabin is located about 3 miles from the City of Jasper, so there is quick access to grocery store and several really good restaurants. Totally terrific place and the owner, Ben, is great to work with. Thanks so much for letting us be your first visitor.
