« Très agréable séjour avec superbe vue sur la mer noire et le jardin maritime. Personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner copieux avec choix et qualité de produit. Seul bémol l'absence de place dans le parking de l'hôtel et un service de police municipale ultra réactif pour placer des sabots aux voitures. Il manque clairement des informations sur le sujet (paiement du parking par SMS impossible depuis un numéro étranger, téléchargement d'un application obligatoire, il n'est pas précisé que les places...

"L’hôtel est très bien situé. L’architecture moderne. Une vue exceptionnelle sur Varna. Pour des vacances en couple, j’ai trouvé l’endroit très froid, l’illustration la plus concrète a été notre repas d’hier soir. Comme nous n’avons pas commandé un verre à boire eh bien nous n’avions pas de verre du tout ! ni de pain ! En plat principal, on m’a servi cinq crevettes sur deux feuilles de salade. Je ne comprends pas qu’on puisse ne pas me donner un verre. Je ne comprends pas non plus qu’on ne me propose pas un morceau de pain. Mon mari a eu du riz. Il y avait une seule autre personne dans le restaurant. Nous sommes finalement passés au supermarché pour chercher à manger pour terminer notre repas. Je ne suis pas au régime pour qu’on me serve cinq crevettes sans eau ni pain. Et la serveuse n’a pas eu l’air de comprendre où était le problème. Bref pour des vacances c’est pas l’idéal ça ressemble plutôt à un truc pour professionnel."
