However, the day before departure, we double checked with the reception, they said the shuttle bus was full. We were very unpleasant with the situation like this. Means that they are not even care if customers' request been settled or not. After the big complain from us, they start to ask their management team to solve this issue. At the 3rd night of my stay, the reception told me that the shuttle bus was full and can't afford for 1 more person. The problem was that I made the reservation when I booked the hotel online. And they said I can book for it when check-in. When I checked in, I mentioned again and they just say ok without hesitation, which was on 16 Aug. 2019\. On 18th Aug. 2019 morning, I spoke to reception again to make sure the bus will be on time, and I got a promise again. However, when I just wanted to have my dinner around 7pm, they said the bus was full and would check for me if there is still place for me. When I back from dinner around 10pm, they said I have to go to the airport by myself. I doubt that they don't even listen to their customer.
